What inspired us to run this retreat for you?

We feel that there is a need for people to learn how to manage stress and anxiety effectively.  As highly skilled and experienced therapists we love to share our tools and expertise

Following this last year, the need for both emotional and physical health has never been more important.  Our retreat offers:

Balanced nutrition has shown to supports both physical and mental health.

Breath work, an ever increasingly more popular tool to handle stress and anxiety.

EMDR session to treat the possible root cause of your   anxiety and stress and help eradicate this.

Our retreats offer opportunities to experience something new and profound. Tools to cope with stress and anxiety, a space to relax and unwind, delicious food to nourish the brain and optional therapy sessions to help heal mind, body and soul

  • A unique opportunity to combine a mind and body reset

  • Four days spent with three highly skilled therapists learning how to cope with stress and anxiety

  • The opportunity to work with an accredited compassionate psychotherapist to explore emotional issues through short-term solution focused therapy using EMDR and other therapeutic modalities

  • Hands-on workshops

  • Three delicious home cooked meals daily to experience how healthy eating can help reduce stress and anxiety

  • The opportunity to join in facilitated reflective space in a safe, friendly, warm environment.

  • Breath workshops

  • Chocolate making workshop

  • Time to relax, chill in the hot tub, make new friends or simply read or explore

  • Guided group or individual walks on the stunning Welsh hills

  • A maximum of eight participants only to ensure support for all and to maintain the cohesion of a warm, friendly group

Come and join us to learn in a fun, supportive environment! Our programme will give you the opportunity to prepare healthy low glycemic foods that are delicious, nutritionally well balanced and easy to recreate at home.

Meals will be mostly plant based, allergen free (including gluten free), seasonal, organic and local where possible. You won't be disappointed.

Home made healthy chocolate and a range of healthy snacks are included!
