Why this retreat?

What inspired us to run this retreat for you?

We feel there is a need for people to escape the routine and predictability of daily life.  A need to make time and space to reconnect with your sense of self.
There is also a need for people to find out how to eat healthily without it being seen as daunting and without deprivation.  So the idea of this retreat is to offer you the opporrtunity to explore healthy living in a safe, nurturing and fun setting.
Our retreats offer opportunities to experience something new and profound.
